The installation should be performed by your Draycir Partner or by an IT competent member of staff. Make sure you have administrator level rights on the user account performing the installation or launch the installer with administrator rights.

If you are upgrading a previous version of Credit Guardian please backup your data before hand. You will need to upgrade all the computers that have the older version of the software installed. Credit Guardian will update the database containing your information. If you attempt to access this updated database with a previous version of Credit Guardian you may corrupt your data!

1. Run the Credit Guardian installer with administrator rights
2. When the welcome screen appears, click Next

3. After reading and accepting the licence agreement, click Next.

4. Select the folder where you want to install the Credit Guardian application files to. Press the Change button to browse to another location than the suggested default location.
5. Click Next to continue.

6. Select the folder where the shared data will be located. The location defaults to the common data area on your local computer. If you are installing the software on more than one computer you will need to change this to a location where all users will be able to access the data, usually on a file server. Press the Change button to browse to another location than the suggested default location.
7. Click Next to continue.

8. You are now ready to start the installation. Click Install.

When the installation is complete Credit Guardian is launched automatically. You can also run Credit Guardian by double-clicking on the icon that has been placed on your desktop or from the Start Menu. On the first launch the Startup Wizard will run.
