Credit assessment gives you an indication of the companies credit worthiness. All of the information in this panel has been calculated by Experian.
A Credit Rating is typically the maximum amount a company should spend with you over a 30-day period.
The credit rating will vary according to the company's risk score and size. The maximum Credit Rating given is £10 million and the minimum Credit Rating, above zero, is £500.
The Credit Limit is the maximum amount that should be owed to you at any one point in time (maximum credit exposure). I.e. the maximum balance on the account.
The Risk Score is a value from 0 to 100 and indicates the level of risk of the company as determined by Experian. Low scores indicate high risk while higher scores indicate lower risk companies. For ease of use, Risk Scores are grouped into Risk Bands to make it easier to categorise companies. The following is the list of the Risk Bands categories, the Risk Scores each band covers and the average percentage of UK companies in each Risk Band.

These are notes from an Experian credit risk professional that has reviewed the company and has highlighted certain information that they consider important. It is always worth reading these notes, especially if you are going to grant them a high Credit Limit. Don't forget to use the scroll bar at the side of the Credit Assessment area to see the entire note.
These are the odds on the likelihood of the company failing over the next twelve months. Therefore, a company with failure odds of 1 to 1 (probability of 1 in 2) is four times more likely to fail in this time period than another company with failure odds of 7 to 1 (probability of 1 in 8). Therefore, the shorter the failure odds, the greater the risk of failure.
This is the date that Credit Guardian last received information from Experian about this company.
