There are two information panels located at the bottom on the screen. This first panel contains quick access financial information from the Financial Summary tab while the second panel contains payment information, history and notes.
This chart shows the turnover, net profit and retained profit of the company as filed at Companies House. Credit Guardian Professional can show up to 10 years of information while Credit Guardian Express can show up to 5 years.
Note: Small companies can file a set of abbreviated accounts at Companies House which do not include the profit and loss statement (or directors report). To be classified as a small company they need to meet 2 of the following 3 criteria:

If there is no information on the company's Profit & Loss Credit Guardian will display the Balance Sheet panel instead.
The Balance Sheet is a snapshot of the overall worth of the company at the year end and is taken from the accounts filed at Companies House. Like the Profit & Loss panel Credit Guardian Professional can show up to 10 years of information while Credit Guardian Express can show up to 5 years. The three pieces of information shown are the company's assets, liabilities and net worth.
Assets are made up of items that have a certain or perceived value (buildings, land, stock, cash in the bank etc).
Liabilities are those debts the company owes (suppliers invoices, short term bank loans, leases etc).
Net Worth is the difference between the Assets and the Liabilities which gives the value of the company at that point in time.
This chart shows the average number of employees during the accounting period. Credit Guardian Professional can show up to 10 years of information while Credit Guardian Express can show up to 5 years.
Note: Small' companies do not need to file this information. See the Profit & Loss panel section above for more information on the filing of abbreviated accounts.
For more details on the Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and Number of Employees see the Financial Summary tab
This line chart plots the number of days late that invoices are paid.
The Monitored Company line (Blue) is how late the company is paying other suppliers.
The Industry line (Green) is how late the industry this company belongs too pays late (see the 'Payment Profile' tab for the 'Industry Type for Comparison').
The Account line (Red) shows how well they pay you (customer) or how well you pay them (supplier). To see the Account line Credit Guardian needs to be linked to an accounts system and this company is a customer the Account line shows how well they are paying your company (or how well you pay them if it is a supplier).
Note: The Blue and Green lines come from Experian's pay performance scheme where companies share data on how well their customers pay them. This information is then collated and complied into the information shown. Not all companies will have pay performance data available, where it is available it is very value information.
This chart plots changes in the Credit Limit from Experian. Seeing the pattern in the company's history gives better insight into the credit worthiness of the company.
This chart plots changes in the Credit Rating from Experian. Seeing the pattern in the company's history gives better insight into the credit worthiness of the company.
This chart plots changes in the Risk Score from Experian. Seeing the pattern in the company's history gives better insight into the credit worthiness of the company. For example a Risk Score on any given day of 80 out of a 100 is good, however if a month ago it was 85 and previously it was 90, the value of 80 is an indictor of a worsening trend.
Notes about the company can be added here. These can detail information such as a users thoughts about the company, extra information found from other sources and reasons behind either stopping the trade with a company or increasing a credit limit etc.
In the bottom right corner is a filter that enables the notes to be listed from just one user.
